From Your First Call to Safe Arrival

Every mission is different. Every patient is unique. That's why Ambulance Flight manages each air ambulance transfer with a dedicated coordination team, available 24/7.

1

First contact

Reach us at any time by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Whether it's an emergency evacuation or a planned medical transfer, our coordination team picks up immediately. We gather the essential information: patient location, destination, medical condition, and any urgency constraints. You will never be asked to navigate a call center — you speak directly with our medical dispatch team.

2

Medical assessment

Our medical team reviews the patient's condition, current treatment, and clinical stability to determine the requirements for the flight: type of aircraft needed, level of medical crew, onboard equipment, and any special conditions. This assessment is completed within 30 minutes of your first contact.

3

Flight proposal

Based on the medical assessment, we prepare a detailed flight proposal: aircraft type, medical crew composition, estimated departure time, routing, and all-inclusive pricing. Once confirmed, we immediately mobilize all resources. There are no hidden costs — everything is included: aircraft, medical crew, ground ambulances at both ends, and airport handling.

4

Complete organization

Our coordination team handles every logistical detail before departure: ground ambulance to the departure airport, administrative and customs documentation, hospital and receiving facility coordination, insurance company liaison, and embassy notifications if required. We also brief the receiving medical team at the destination so everything is ready upon arrival.

5

Patient care

A qualified medical crew collects the patient directly from their hospital bed. From that moment, continuous medical supervision is maintained throughout the entire transfer — from the hospital room to the aircraft, and from landing to the destination hospital. The patient never travels alone, and the medical team is equipped to intervene at any stage of the journey.

6

Secure medical flight

The flight is operated by a certified air ambulance operator selected for the specific requirements of the mission. All aircraft in our network are configured as flying intensive care units, equipped with ICU-grade medical equipment. The medical crew monitors the patient's vital signs throughout the entire flight and maintains communication with ground medical teams.

7

Arrival and final transfer

Upon landing, a ground ambulance is ready at the tarmac to transfer the patient directly to the receiving hospital or care facility. Our coordination team remains available until the patient is officially handed over to the local medical staff. After the mission, we provide a full flight and medical report upon request, and remain available for any follow-up questions from the family, insurer, or medical team.
